IE 6 not saving names and passwords

    I am running Win2k, service pack 4 and using IE 6.02.2800
    The autocomplete function is not working, I can not save names and passwords on web forms. I have checked all the settings and they appear to be correct. I run IE 6 on my home pc with WinXP and it works fine. Any thoughts?

    You might try turning it off, rebooting, and turning it back on. Also worth the effort to do a repair of IE since 2K will allow that.

    I have the google toolbar loaded and much prefer the autofill feature it offers. Does more and never seems to blow up.

    My IE 6 is a fresh install (upgrade) and I have rebooted the machine a couple times, but to no avail. I might try the Google toolbar though, thanks!
