Windows XP error message [USRprbdA.exe DLL Initialization Failed]

Hello: Whenever I shut down my computer this message appears:

USRprbdA.exe DLL Initialization Failed
The application failed to initialize because the window station is shutting down

Then there is a ok box which I have to press.
