I can not find a way to make [Maximize] the default way windows open.
Right now I have to open each file or browser and stretch each window to the maximized size then it may stay that way.
I there is anyone that could help it would be extremely helpful and appreciated.

    Thanks
    Michael

(In the sentence talking about the Properties window for an IE shortcut, the size of window is managed in the Run line. Also you should be working on a shortcut for IE, not the IE icon that windows puts on Desktop.)

Here is the method I use for window sizing .......
    open the desired window
manually resize it to the desired size
hold down the Ctrl key and close the window
the window size will be remembered
