I'm sure why this is happening but when I try to immunize with SpyBot it goes through the process then always says "0 bad products already blocked, 2356 additional protections possible. Please immunize ".

Any idea why??? I unstalled and re-installed and always get the same result.
BTW.... Everything is updated on a regular basis...

    Omega,

You need to use the Immunise button with the green cross on it - then it should rescan and report 2356 protected.

No, I am only using one.

    Steve Coles
    Said:

I can't see the "green Cross" button.

    And then

    Newt
    Said:

"What they said. And a picture to clarify even more. "

Well I must be blind, because I couldn't see that Green Cross Button anywhere until Newt posted the picture and it was the first thing I saw.

Thank you 32106168, Steve Coles and Newt..... your help was greatly appreciated....
