Both don't work. Scan disk starts 10 times, then stops. It says

"Scan disk has restarted 10 times because Windows or another program is writing to this drive "

or something like that. It also tries scan disk after every startup

Defrag doesn't work either becaese scan disk doesn't - it talks about scan disk for a file with an error or something...

    Can anyone help?

Run it in Safe Mode or from a dos boot. Either method may work when the Windows method won't. It's quite likely that you have some program running that's writing to the drive and that upsets scandisk. If you can disable all running programs (run msconfig and look in the startup tab or else select boot in diagnostic mode), it will possibly run in standard Windows mode. Don't forget to disable your AV if necessary.

Try restarting in Safe Mode and run from there.
