Confusing Error Message

UsrPrmpt.exe - Unable to Locate DLL

what is confusing about this? the program usrprmt.exe - which is part of some norton antivirus suite - cannot locate the requestede DLL - this can have been deleted or moved - or the search path has been changed - or maybe you have been exposed to some attack where some sneaky worm or trojan have tried to hijack your computer. Suggestion - first search for the DLL and try to figure out what had happened - afterwards re-install/repair you Norton Antivirus application - update it and issue a full scan - just in case...
