Cloud_-_Strife--Regret that EventViewer logs are Greek to me.
Can you find a file called drwtsn32.log? This might have a little more understandable info.
    Is this happening repetitively?
Did you get any error message when this happened?
Did you install any new soft/hardware just before this happened?
    System Restore?
P.S. I gather this is a game. Perhaps a gamer will come along and help.

Cloud_-_Strife, have you checked the RO forums? I used to go there when I played. They have lots of answers for this type of problem. Seems to be a common occurance with RO.

    The file you want is C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Dr Watson\user.dmp

What size is that? This is the file to run through the Debug Wizard in the thread I posted earlier - Post #4

PeteC--What is the difference in information between the logs generated by \Dr Watson\user.dmp and drwtsn32.log? (except for the large size of drwtsn32.log :)
I am becoming less convinced of the value of drwtsn32.log.

The user.dmp is a binary file, a process snapshot that can be read by the debugger (as you've seen in the output from that tool i wrote). The Drwatson is a JIT, just in time debugger. It attaches, and collects essentially the same information that my tool extracts from a dump. Only one problem, you have to pre-populate your \windows\symbols directory with all the PDB symbol files *BEFORE& a crash occurs, otherwise its just garbage.

The only thing they are good for, in my experiance is to determine if your spoolsv.exe crash was caused by heap corruption, which you can do with a 'naked' watson log, or to determine a history of the crashes, but since you can get that from the event logs.. limited utility.
