Fiber Optic Connection

    I recently connected to fiber Optics which is supposed to have a download speed of 5Mb/s. I get anywhere from 4.4 to 5.1 after I used the DrTCP program to tweak the TCP settings. I was wondering if anyone knows of any additional tweaks to increase the speed or any websites where this info is readily available. Many thanks.
