Ok then run a full system scan when its done post or attach its report
you might need to do so in several posts

Go to View reports, you will see a list. You rightclick on the report *Full Scan* and a menu opens: choose *export detailed report to file* which allows you to save it It defaults as a .csv file, but you can save as .txt. Give it a name and click *save* to save the log.

    Kaspersky and MS Antispyware results

Okay let me explain what we have here:
After the initial contact, I carried out a set of instructions. That would have brought us to the latest post where I ran RAV and it found no viruses.
I then installed MS Antispyware nad ran it, this was when I told you that Kaspersky found more viruses.
I ran Kaspersky as you told me a few miniutes ago, and it responded with no viruses found. I am still sending the Kaspersky report for you to see just what viruses it found previously.
I am also sending a screen image of the spyware that MS Antispyware found yesterday. I am currently running MS Antispyware again. if ther are nay new developments I will let you know asap. So far, it has found nothing.

    Hi

Not to worry about items found in SpyBots recovery folder same for Ad-Awares quorantine folder, those are items that have already been removed.

    C:\Program Files\MyWebSearch < delete that folder

For temp files: Download System Security Suite.
    http://www.igorshpak.net/
Extract it from the zip file and run setup.exe
after the install you can delete setup.exe and the downloaded zip file
Start the program Check all the boxes under the 'Items to Clear' tab and click
'Clear Selected Items'. You will be prompted to reboot, do so.

Let us know of any problems
