    What's IESpyAd and should I be concerned about it? It's in a folder called MyDocuments but it's not my regular My Documents folder.

    It consists of a registry file that places many known bad sites into the restricted zone. It is often recommended by myself and others here to help protect your system from drive-by installs. It usually unzips to C:\iespyads by default.
