XP Network Password Store problem

    One of My PC could not store network password in my intranet after reinstallation ,In control panel->user account->user->relative task->store my network password->store user account and password,The Add buton missing,delete and attribute button disable(turning grey).if anyone help me find my storing network password capacity back,thx
