Drug out the ole Packard Bell running Windows 95.....for some strange reason the clock and date will NOT stay set. I went into the setup and set it also....just boots to Jan 1 and 12am each time.
    How do I correct this??
    thanks!

Replace the cmos battery. It's located on the motherboard and normally snaps in. It looks like a silver coin in most cases. Get a new one from Radio Shack or equal.
