Microsoft Natural Keyboard Hot Keys just quit

    I am using the Intellitype Natural Keyboard which I purchased in August 2004. Today the HOT KEYS just quite working. The rest of the keyboard is doing o.k. I tried the Microsoft online for help and in the Q/A these was no solution or did it even address the problem. Being that the purchase is over 90 days, there is a $35 charge to ask them what to do. Any suggestions to a solution would be greatly appreciated.

    The first thing to do under these circumstances is to uninstall the keyboard software through Add/Remove Programs and reinstall it from the CD which came with the keyboard. Reboot after uninstalling.

    I did as you stated and reinstalled the software. I noticed the defaults for the hot keys have remained the same as I had orignally changed them to the specific areas I wanted.
    Now what. The hot keys are still dead.
