Lost full screen in Windows Media Player 9

    After installing (i.e., permitting automatic update) an unusual number of patches and fixes in early February, I am suddenly unable to flip to full-screen image in Windows Media player 9 (have uninstalled, reinstalled, updated). Not only full screen quit, but any % variation quit. Same with real player. Flips to a full black screen, then returns. All under a well working win2k os.

    Found full screen

    By following threads in forum, downloaded and reinstalled copy of Windows media player 9 OVER existing copy, went to TOOLS and de-accelerated. Solved. Embarassed but happy.
