Been a long time since I've been here....Anyway, I come home from traveling to find sp2 installed on my computer, tons of spyware on it, and neither my cd-rom or my dvd recognized. I got rid of the spyware, tried system restore(unsuccessfull), and tried uninstalling them in device manager. Both their properties say 'unable to install driver, may be corrupt code 39.' When I restart, we find new hardware but still the yellow exclamation points.
    Really lost now. Help please.
