Recovering deleted email

    Is there any way to recover an e mail that I've deleted from my Deleted Folder ?

    In other words, after I empty my Deleted Folder, is there any way to retrieve an e mail ?

    Looks like there's already a couple of threads on this.
    I'll try some of the things suggested there.
    But if anyone has any other ideas ... let me know.
