using FTP sites with passwords from IE

    example

    site : 67.45.342.35:21
    user name : bob
    password : joe

    how would that look in the browser? I know if you put : ftp://67.45.342.35:21 you'll get there, and USUALLY a login box will pop up, but not in some cases. So how do I put the user name and password in address box?
