I'm using Windows 98 operating system. When I click on the program Microsoft Publisher to open it I get this message. "Publisher cannot load the required file (PTXT9.DLL). You may be out of memory, or the file may be corrupt." What do I need to do in order to fix this so I can use this program?

    realisticone,

You don't mention which version of MS Publisher you are using.
See THIS article... maybe it will help.

    Mr. B

Sorry that I failed to mention which version of Ms Publisher it was. It is MS Publisher 2000. I used the article you sent me and it is working now. Thank you for helping me find the solution to this problem. :)
