Dear Sirs, Never seen anything like this. I went to print a picture to my HPDJ842 color printer when I realized I did not have the right paper in. The big problem started when I tried to stop the job....Was one of the stranges things I ever seen...1st of all, the printer is using the usb port from my 2nd PC and is being shared out. Anyway....I could not stop the job from printing no matter what I did...including but not limiting too...powering off both PC's and the printer for 10min.....Talk about strange...Low and behold it started printing again ...I cannot stop this so I am letting it print but I would really know how I could stop these kind of obsessed print jobs...I am running out of ink....Can you please help me to "Kill a possesed print job" !!!! I was thinking I would need a Admin program or something...Thank you for your time....

    JJ :(

depending on how you are connected to the printer, you may need to pause the queue on both machines before trying to delete it from both machines.

Worst case scenario to kill a job: stop the Print Spooler service on the machine that has the printer. C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS go here and delete everything in it (this is where your jobs are, should be a 374.SPL and 374.SHD looking file). If that doesnt work, leave the service stopped, repeat on other machine.

If that doesnt work, then you have an application being particularly persnikity, and youll need to leave the printer spooler queue paused until the entire job is spooled, then whack it.
