When I try to copy a letter created in Word 2003 and paste it into the email client in Netscape 7, the fonts get changed and resized and the format gets a little jumbled. Any ideas?

The formatting information in word files is not understood by email programs, which understand text only - such as you'd find in notepad. One possibility is to save the file from word as '.txt' (it will lose the formatting) and then copy and paste it into the email editor. Or just create it offline in the email editor or notepad.

    Previous version

I didn't have this problem with the previous version of Word. Everything copied and pasted just perfect into Netscape 7.

That's not unusual! :D New versions aren't necessarily better than the previous version. Programers must keep working on programs; if they decide the program is finished, they're out of a JOB. ;)

Here's a good link that Ramona suggested that has some suggestions I didn't think of. Thanks Ramona!
