missing mscorree.dll file

    I am missing the mscorree.dll file for installshield in Windows 2000. I had tried to download a program originally and had a message that my Windows installer was not configured properly. I downloaded Installer 3.0 and that is when I lost my .dll file. Is there a way to get this .dll and put it back into Windows? Can't install anything without it. Thanks for any help.
