Web Pages Not Filling IE Window

    WinXP Home, IE6, all updates. Fairly new computer. About 80% of web pages I visit, the right side has an approx. 2-4" empty space. Even a site like CNN. Other people at work have ask me that too. I changed to tools, ie options, acess. "Ignore font sizes in window" with no luck. And changing font size has no affect. Didnt do this on my old Win98. Tried a google search, but most hits had to do with building web pages. Any ideas what causes this?

    I suspect that the web pages were written for a screen resolution lower than the one you are using to view.

    Post one of the URLs here and we'll take a look.

    I guess so - I see a lot of white at 1280 x 1024 on those URLs.
