    Hi

Can anyone help, Ive recently had to format my PC after a Trojan. Since its return Ive found that when I place a disc into the CDrive and allow it to shut it no longer starts automatically, is there something I can do to rectify this?

Also my card reader no longer works for my Digi camera, everything seems ok USB wise however when I place my memory card into its slot then nothing is displayed on the screen whereas prior to reformat it worked ok.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Kind regards

    Standards

For the auto-play question: Open My Computer, right click on the CD drive, go to Properties, then the Autoplay tab.

Select the type of CD you want to configure the action for in the drop-down list at the top. Check "Select an action to perform" then click on whatever you want it to do. Click Apply.

When you have all the actions selected and applied for all the different types of CDs, click OK.

If that doesn't fix things, try Microsoft's Autoplay Repair Wizard.
