msn messenger emoticons

    Hope I am posting in the right place :)

    I have downloaded and added some custom emoticons to my msn messenger.
    How come when I try to send some of them during a conversation the emoticon does not show? Instead the receiver sees a number? :eek:

    My guess would be because the receiver doesn't have the emoticons installed on their pc. You might want to have that person install them and see what happens.
