Hey i was wondering if any one can help with this one?

this has happened before but a few weeks later it some how sort it self out, i would like to know why this is happening and is there a way to stop it or it just me and this computer.

i would be viewing an internet site for instance (FERRARI) and decide i want to save the photo or image so i click on that image to get the large version (for wallpaper\desktop 800x600 etc).

in the internet explorer address bar it tell me that the image is a jpeg, but when i right click to save picture as, it saves it as a bitmap?
and will not allow me to select what type of extension i want to save it as.

it is easy to save jpeg because you do not need to retype the image name like it bitmap, it always says file name as untitled. where as with jpeg it was it as the file name originally, for instance, i like the photo of a Ferrari and would like to save it and the file name is F12004.jpeg, but it saves it as bitmap and i have to type a name for it as i have heaps of Ferrari photos, but with jpeg it just save it as F12004.jpeg

    Any Help would be greatful

Well, Tarek - I believe all you have to do is clean your temporary internet files. Internet options then delete temporary files.
