How to increase available physical memory

    My OS is Win-Pro. My system show Physical Memory 192 MB, Available Physical Memory 45..
    How can I increase the Available Physical Memory.
    What is virtual memory.

    Changing the Physical Memory means purchasing an additional memory chip.

    192 meg of ram is probably pretty light. You can find ram chips for it fairly cheap. Look at your manual and identify how much that unit will hold and what type. Or at Critical.com:

    you can just enter the laptop nomenclature and they have a search engine which will identify your ram type. :)
