It appears something is running through my computer and I dont know what it is. It's as if someone is downloading or uploading so fast, I can't see it to define it but it's there.
I ran Spybot, adaware, registry cleaner, virus scans, etc. I am using Etrust anti-virus, kerio firewall, router is smc74vbr,mcafee spamkiller.
I did scedule my backups automatically every 30 minutes, but, its shows up differently. I can see it happening, but not this. My computer is not acting strangely but it is happening on my 3 computers linked to home network. It started happening about 2-3 weeks ago when I updated all critical updates from Microsoft. However, this may not be the cause of the problems.
Has anyone else been experiencing this ?? It happens 2-4 times a day, Like a schedule of some kind.

Any information about this problem or advice, let me know.

You folks have been really wonderful in helping me clear up other problems.

    Thanks again

    Hello donabano,

The first suspect is an application that's set to update automatically.

One action to take is, if your running a firewall that asks for outbound permission, to reset the current permissions to ask and go at it that way.

    Regards - Charles

Good idea. The only new applications I added was spybot S&D 1.4Beta, and Adaware SE Professional. I noticed that Adaware SE has a monitorthat is constantly checking. However, when I go to update, I have to do so manually. May be one of those. I am using Kerio and will take your suggestion.

    Thank you
