Transfer OE .dbx files from XP to 2k

I would like to move all of my mailbox folders from an older XP machine
to my new W2K machine. Both systems have the same level of OE-6.
Moving the .dbx files is pretty obvious, but what else needs to be moved
to the new platform? I copied the .dbx files into C:\WINDOWS\Application
Data\Identities\....\Microsoft\Outlook Express
But OE still refuses to recognize them. I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find anything referring to a move from XP to 2K.

 

I believe both the follow methods will move mail folders and address book.
