Help removing EDGACCESS_1057.dll:New HJT post

I found EDGACCESS_1057 (created 12/20/04) in safe mode and deleted three of its files. I cant remove Instant ACCESS with add/remove programs unless it calls the internet. Ran adware 12/29 and it removed 3 regedit entries for Egroup Dialer (Instant Access) then restarted. Then ran Spybot and it found the same registry key (Software\EGDHTML) again! And - when the computer is started the message "Error loading EGDACCESS_1057.dll" pops up.
I loaded XP SP2 but I don't see any changes. Can some one read this latest HJT log and advise? Were the URL's listed of any information?
Is there any more help for me? I'd appreciate a reply, tks

Could you post a new log, with all items enabled in msconfig?

Ran HJT in safe mode is that ok?

I don't know if the msconfig disabled items were due to running HJT in safe mode - is that ok? I had it fix the two lines mentioned and rebooted but the edgaccess.dll error still came up. Ran HJT in normal start up and this is the latest log:

Thanks for all the answers to others - looking through them I found the complete steps and was able to delete intant access and edg program.
This is a great forum, it just needs more monitors to answer everyone's questions!!

Sorry for my english (I am French) I have tried to follow all advises but unfortunately it comes back again and again. How did you manage at the end to get over all theses stupid windows?

 

The key was deleting the EDGACCESS program

I was able to delete the EDGACCESS program when I searched for it while in safe mode. it found it and allowed me to delete it there and not in normal mode.
I was concerned with deleting the wrong things in the temp files but after reading another post I found it was ok and got the correct steps to follow regarding when to turn off restore point and when to do the HJT scans. I was doing the steps somewhat backwards.
I'll go find it and let u know which it was.
