dial up setting

    my computer (winXP-pro) by default set as local computer so it is not possible to start remote access manager. the roaming option is not highlighted as well as the dial up option in the new network setup wizard. admin is set as local computer. i m un able to use dial up network connection.

    Sorry but I'm not really clear on what is happening here.

    Are you saying you cannot set up a dial-up adapter to use your modem?
