some problem of Winfax 10.00 & 10.02

    Can you help me to solve this problem?
    I use Winfax in Winxp,but there is a problem bother me often,even i installed system again and again.
    My system profile:
    AMD 1600+
    RAM 384M 266DDR
    Mainboard EPOX 8KHA+
    Moden ECOM 56HAM V90 (Inside Card Moden)
    I also use ADSL to access internet.

    Problem:
    1. I can not recieve fax automately
    2. I can not set Fax number and Tel number in "Dialing and Location ",i saw a messenge "A General Protect Fault/Exception has accourred ".
    and if i change the setting of he location adn dialing in other setting option like gerenal to enter Fax number ,it will disapper immediatally
    .

    It is my headache in these day.

    I'm a bit confused as to what you can and cannot do. The long sentences with misspellings makes it hard to understand.

    In program setup:

    Receive: you have the correct modem and settings

    Call Status and Control: Allow sending and receive when logged off.

    Dialing and location: Do you have some exotic setup?

    Does your firewall or anti-virus think WinFax is a trojan?
