I converted "D" drive to NTFS. How can I hide this drive so other users can't access it?

If you just need to block access rather than totally hiding it, you can give access to yourself and the administrator account and remove any other accounts from the access list.

BTW - DO NOT leave the "Everyone" account there and deny it access else you won't be able to get back in. Just remove the account and any others you don't want to have access.

I converted D drive to NTFS with my programs still on it and now I can't access them. How can I go back? I ran Safe Mode so many times that I have no restore points before the damage occured.

    Huh

Did you "hide" the D drive or just "deny access "? We need to know what exactly you applied here:)

When I went into safe mode and played with the security settings I accidently made it so I could not access d drive. I think it may have happened either then or when I converted the drive to NTFS with convert.exe.

I've solved my problem...I had converted D drive to NTFS and lost access to my programs. I fdisked, formatted, and reinstalled the programs and it is running correctly now. Thanks :D
