I while ago I was having problems, at the time I didn't have a virus protection, I think I got this after I was on a site-- I did see a message for a second that said something like-- "??fondlewindow.exe "... I thought I got rid of it-- but now wonder if I still have it ? I do have Mcafee virus now and it's found nothing- I have looked though all the exe files and can't find the file that is making this do this-- my screen "jumps" up and down- makes it very difficult reading it- it doesn't do it all the time.. just when it feels like it ??
any one have any suggestions what I can do to get rid of this ?

    thanks - have a great day ! :)

I just ran search/find files- "exe ".. it came up with 248 of them, I selected them all and ran a virus scan on them-- it said 243 files scanned ----------no infected files.... but why didn't it scan 5 more files when there was 248 to begin with ?

    Hello countrygal,

    If the problem persists:

Download HijackThis from here http://radiosplace.com/ latest version 1.99

Download it to it's own folder ,for example: C:\HijackThis - unzip (double click on zipped folder) - click on the executable - click scan button - click save log and save to the folder you just created *DO NOT FIX ANYTHING* - copy resultant .txt file and paste into your next post.

    Regards - Charles

If you did fix all the entries, reopen and click don't do anything, just run the program, then click config and backups tab. Anything you fixed should be listed. Check them all and click restore. Click back, then scan. When done, click save log. Onced saved it will open in notepad. Copy and paste the contents here.

    Try once again tomarro please
Post (not attach) a HijackThis 1.99 log (new version)

First Make a new folder, example C:\AntiSpyWare
and download and unzip HijackThis , to that new folder.
This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip
Hit Scan When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button. Press that, save the log somewhere, and please show us its contents.
Most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.
If your not familur with zip programs get HijackThis.exe here
    http://www.merijn.org/files/HijackThis.exe
