I am running XP-Home (SP2) and IE6. All have current updates. My problem is that I can NOT get IE6 to accept any homepage other than MSN. Every time I change the homepage, it will return to MSN as soon as I reopen IE6. I've checked every menu I can think of, but cannot find anything that locks MSN as the homepage. I know this isn't as bad a being hijacked by "The Legion of Doom ", but it is annoying!

Go to the page you want to set as your homepage in Internet Explorer, then click on Tools>Internet Options>General tab and click on the "Use Current" button, click OK to close Internet Options and save the changes you made.

If you prefer IE to open to a blank page, click the "Use Blank" button, click OK to close.

Miz, thanks for your reply. I had done that already. The homepage would still REVERT BACK to MSN. Here's where I feel stupid. I solved this problem this morning. What happened was that in Ad-Watch, I had checked the "Block possible browser hijack attempts" button. I realized this and "deactivated" Ad-Watch. What I didn't realize was that the browser homepage was still locked even though Ad-Watch was "deactivated ". I had to actually "unload" Ad-Watch. Then my browser homepage was free to be changed. And if I "reloaded" Ad-Watch, it would now protect my new homepage. One giant DUH!!! Thanks for the help though!
