    Hi ... Is there a way to perform a unformat ? Or recover after an accidental partition format under NTFS ?

    Basically - no, but you may find some comfort here

    Was it a Full or Quick Format - if the latter you may be able to recover some files.

    Worth running File Recovery

    Hi ... Thanks for your quick reply ... What I have done was I installed a Ghost image on the wrong drive and deleted the existing OS, Can it be recover ??

    Yes there is , but at a price !!!

    First go to download.com , then type in Partition software in the search bar and select in downloads. When the page pops up , look for Recover my Files . There are several others also but note the trial version may not let you actually save any changes ,so you may have to but the program . look for one that is afordable
