moving address book and saved passwords and cookies

I just created a new profile in Mozilla1.7.3 What file do I transfer to the new profile to transfer my saved passwords and cookies and addressbook?

I don't think that the cookies are worth transferring, but they are in cookies.txt
THe passwords in the .s file(eight numbers.s), while addressbooks are in abook.mab, as well as a number of impab.mab files (impab=imported AB).
