Recording from sound card

    I can play songs thru the sound card (internet radio or LPs) Is there software that will record to HD from the sound card?

    Windows has a build in Sound Recorder usually found under Programs->Access->Entertainment. But it will only record a minute or two.

    Many sound cards also come with a Sound Recorder program...

    After I posted that, I realized that I had an app RipVinyl that I bought to move LPs to CDs. Checked it out and found that it will record from the sound card also. Great little $10 piece of software.

    Will accept a series of songs and separate them as if tracks of a CD
