I have created a large document using Word 2000. However, in each file, there are additional blank pages. Example: Section One consists of three pages of text and images. Somehow two additional blank pages are tagged on. I searched the Microsoft Support and Word Help, both explained how to delete a 'section break'. This is not working. Any ideas?

I don't have Word2k but when I had a similar problem in Word97 it always turned out to be the fact that I had somehow inserted some hidden characters upon the next page.

If you're curious, invoke the "Show All Characters" feature and take a look on those pages.

If you really don't care what's there, just place the cursor at the end of your useful area and hold the Delete key down for a few seconds. That will get rid of anything lurking in there.

    Good luck.

The trick with the Delete key took care of the problem. Now I just have to go through all these files and do the same thing. Thanks for the help
