I am on a Novell network with Win2k running on the client systems. Some of the systems have shared local printers that i need to access from other machines. I've found that while any user can have the printer installed, only the Administrator can actually print (users with administrative rights are denied).

    Any help would be great.

A little more input would be usefully...
You say you are running Novell...
    What version of Netware...
Are you running Edirectory? If so what version...
But I must admit it does not sound like a Netware problem...
More of that the printer shares are not setup in Windows so that everyone can use them..
I would recommend double checking the printer share and make sure that Windows is allowing everyon full access to the printer...
The Netware client does not care what happens on the network if it does not involve the server..
You may want to make sure that you are running IP and not just IPX....
also you could install Netbeui (scary) and the the printers be shared this way...
Or plug them in to the netware server...
    Hope this helps...
