Zone Alarm Problem

I recently purchased Zone Alarm Pro and installed it.It seems to function quite well except for one thing. I have Excite's "my exctie" installed on both Netscape Communicator 4.77 and Explorer 5.0. It will not finish loading any excite page on explorer.The page says loaded with errors. It works fine with Communicator. I experimented with other start up pages. Now MSN's page is there, but any other one workes fine. Just not excite. If I disable Zone Alarm and hit refresh it loads just fine. I even uninstalled the new zone alarm and installed the free one. It to did not load. Previously, I used the free one with absolutely no problem. I wrote to Zone alarm twice to no avail.

Move the privacy tabs to the off position, cookies and ads... I had this prob with one web page that did not load with za running...but turning these two to off worked.

Just double click on za icon and select the privacy tab ..then run sliders to the off position.
