    Welcome to the BBS :)
First thing I would attempt is to undo that last restore attempt. The other radio button option is to undo last restore. If this takes you back to where you were prior to the restore attempt, post the issue that prompted you're need to restore in the first place. We may be able to suggest another work around. You may need to delete all your restore points if you have a restore corruption?

yes, agree w/ paul. try to revert to time before restore. you can do this the same way you got to the system restore the last time. start -> programs -> accessories ->system tools -> system restore. I would have to recomend trying out all options before doing a restore. It's not a very complete function and can sometimes cause more problems than it can fix. make a new post about the problem you had before after you revert back.

If I read your post correct, you have Outlook 2002 (outlook XP) installed and Office 2000 installed. I guess this should work and there is no problem with the rest of the office 2000 suite and Outlook 2002? Not sure, never installed that combination before.

Look in Control Panel|Administrative Services|Event Viewer. Do you see error messages? If yes, and you want help in deciphering, post here.
Whether or not you have error messages, you might try a reboot. It sometimes helps.

    Hello tez,

Before you reformat, try one more time with SR.

Go into SR's panel and move the slider to the half way point - the max space is 12% of drive space - move it to 6% and reboot. Then go back into the SR panel and move the slider back to the max position at 12%. Now try the undo restore or to the last restore point prior to this problem that the system made.

Edit: Forgot - SR's panel: My Computer > properties > SR tab. Also on further reflection don't try to undo - just restore to a good point.

    Regards - Charles
