Download(save as) sparks runtime error

I've seen similar posts here, but not the same as my problem. Whenever I go to download a file and save as from the internet, I get a visual basic runtime error. But this is the only time it happens. It doesnt happen when i choose 'open', only 'save as'. Yes, I've run ad-aware. It found nothing. I use it all the time. I've looked all over for some answers, but the ones I find don't help. I have the hijack this log, but I don't know what to look for.Also, here is a screenshot of the message I am getting.

Would you use the latest version of HijackThis?
You need to unzip HijackThis into it's own folder, and then run it from there. it works better, and it makes backups that you may not want to lose.
You do have a few items that can be removed right off the bat.
Uninstall WildTangent

Reboot and delete the C:\Program Files\WildTangent folder.
Please post a new log from the newer version of HJT.
