    Dear all,

Is there tool that I can confirm the tcp/ip setting on the Microsoft tool ?

I used "Microsoft Product Support Reporting Tool Network" but I couldn't confirm what mode(speed/duplex) does the NIC working now ?
I want to confirm the current NIC status by tool.

    Please let me know.

Thank you for asking this. I had not been aware these tools existed and they will be useful.

I downloaded and ran the Networking module in the default (light / verbose) mode and in the NTEDIAG.TXT file, I did find a section that showed the connected speed but nothing about the duplexing and I think the report is showing the current condition of the connection rather than how the NIC is set.
    Code:

Without more checking I could not be certain but my sense is that hardware setting information is not being reported. You might try running in full diagnostic mode and see if it is part of the additional information you are given from that.
