    Interesting find under this key:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\Domains

Must be about 1,000 or so domains listed. Most are empty or have only the * character listed. What's up with this? There must be several megs of (seemingly) useless garbage stored here...

If you use Spybot's Immunize protection, it will add restricted domains to your hosts file. Could this be what you are noticing?

I have only those that I put in the restricted zone.

I've got about 1000+ (maybe 3000+)that seem to have been put there by SpywareBlaster. When I disable SB protection, they all disappear. :)

SD2 is right... Since SpywareBlaster and Spybot joined, I got them mixed up.
