Removing "Local Folders"?

Is there a way to remove the "Local Folders" account from Netscape 7.2 mail?
I've done a search but I couldn't find a thread on this topic and wondered if this is possible or will if ***** up the Mail application. Thanks.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work for Thunderbird.
