    Hey all,

I set up a secured internet connection thru a linksys wireless router for 3 laptops. I set up the router config with wep/open dhcp broadcast disabled and used mac addressing. I set the address and 2 of the laptops connected right away but one is being a pain.. it sees the connection and I have set the connection properties the same as the other with the wep key but it still refuses to connect. Any ideas would be helpfull. The problem child is brandnew out of the box 2 hours ago running XP home on a Toshiba Wide screen laptop. I dont know if there is a setting I am missing or what but man I am getting a headache over this any help would be appreciated.

Will it associate if you de-WEP? Did you fat finger the MAC? Did you get the right adapter's MAC from ipconfig/all?
