    Hello spruce,

ZA free or one of the paid versions - Pro / Suite?

    Version?

Obvious question - program permissions, is winmx given permission to access and does it have "server rights "?

    Regards - Charles

    Hello Spruce,

There is a Program Control panel. If there is a red X under the internet column, left click on the program - 3 choices, ask, block, and allow.

Or, right click on winmx and remove it. The next time it wants permission, allow it and check the "remember the answer" box.

    Regards - Charles
