Email Junk folder

all my email is being diverted into my Junk folder, and i dont know how to stop it ( i dont even know how i turned it on to begin with). Please help. im running Netscape 7.2

It may do that, at the beginning. Check Tools|Junk Mail Controls.
If you do not know that you turned on the Junk Controls there may be a problem, but you must have something weird. Did you ever have the controls on? You can uncheck (click) the individual header (icon between subject and sender), and right click|move|to
You don't have to do anything to the real Spam

Whatever you do make sure that no spam which is not spam does not end up in the Trash, if your account settings are to empty trash on closing.
