    Update your graphics card drivers.

It sounds like a hardware driver conflict occuring at shut down. In order to define it better, disable the automatic restart on error feature.

To do that, right-click "My Computer" > Properties > Advanced > Startup & Recovery > Settings > untag the "Automatically Restart" box. OK out of there.

Then instead of restarting you should get the blue screen when the error occurs that will give some information as to what is causing the problem.

If it is as you say, no programs installed and no peripherals hooked up, and you still get the error - it is obviously something to do with the MOBO. I would strongly suspect bad RAM as the culprit even though the error you mention points to a driver problem. The driver problem isn't well defined as to whether it's hardware or software related, at least as far as I can tell.

You can substitute known good RAM or if you have multiple sticks, pull each and try the other, etc. - that might pinpoint the problem.

Otherwise, you could try another hard drive if you have one laying around. This type of problem can be hard to narrow down since it's intermittent. It may be heat related so clean all the dust out and check the fans. Reseat all connectors and cards.

    Good luck.

Would it be, my another 1 pair of RDRam which i still using, could be giving problem? How to check is it my memory got problem?

Or had 3rd party program to check?

OR could be Mainboard got problem. due to power supply blow out some of the part.
