screen minimizes as soon as mouse goes outside border of screen.

What setting do I have to change to stop this. It is very annoying.

Try another mouse first, you may have a stuck button on the mouse. Only a hunch but important to eliminate the mouse as the cause before trying anything else anyway.

 

Maybe something weird with your desktop that it takes total focus when you click on it. Change your wallpaper and see what happens.

Really only guesses as your problem is first time i have heard of such a thing happening. Obviously by the lack of response not many others have either.

Maybe jsut re-install Windows. Fixes 99% of problems and if all else fails or you have no idea, it is the best option. Dont forget to backup !
